1st flush harvest ended in Kagoshima, the garden has quiet time.

In Kagoshima, From the end of April to the beginning of May was the season of first flush picking.
It may be unique to Kagoshima to see tea fields with long ridges on wide and flat land.
The brown ridges are tea trees just had Daigari (or Daigiri), pruning the grown tea trees once every 5 to 7 years, to rejuvenate.
When the garden has quiet time till 2nd flush picking, factory is working very busy to produce great Shin-cha= new 1st flush tea of this year.
