Matcha Muffin (vegan)

pour ingredients one by one and mix that you must have in your kitchen, then, just bake them in a oven.
Ingredients
A.
flour 100g (Bread Flour 30g, cake flour 70g)
Almond Poodle 30g
Matcha powder 5g – Organic Matcha C made in Uji
Baking powder 6g
B.
Soi milk 200ml (or almond oil, oat milk etc.)
Sugar 30g
Sesami oil 50g (Or other oil e,g, olive,corn)
How to cook?
1.Mix & shift ingredients A.
2. Mix ingredients B.
3. Add 1/3 of #1 to #2 and mix gentlywith a spatula. Add half of remaining #1 and mix, then add all the rest of #1 and mix gently again. Dough is ready now!
4. Fill dough into the muffin mold.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C, and bake for about 20 minutes.
