Matcha smoothie (vegan)
February.01,2022Delicious combination of Matcha’s aroma & green color and sweetness of fruits.
Can change matcha with Hojicha powder as well.
<Ingredients>
- 1- apple (about 150g/depends on the size of the apple)
- 1-banana
- 200 ml- Soy milk
- 4 teaspoons of matcha
–Note–
Replace soy milk with almond milk or milk (for non-vegan), and can add maple syrup or honey (non-vegan), up to your taste.
<How to cook?>
- Remove cores and seeds from apples.
- Peel the banana.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour it into your favorite glass and enjoy!
