Matcha Jelly (vegan)

Matcha 10g
Coconut cream 50 ml
Oat milk 150cc
Maple syrup 30 ml
–Note–
Can replace Coconut cream by almond milk or soy milk.
For non-vegan, can make dairy cream and milk.
1. Put Matcha & Coconut cream in a pan over medium heat. Simmer while stirring.
2. When it boiled in half portion, turn off the heat.
3. Put Matcha and mix with a whisk well.
(4. Turn on medium heat again till it boiled again)
5. ENJOY with fruits, bread, cakes.
