Matcha Sauce for vegetable salad

Olive oil -Tbsp 3.5
Yogurt -Tbsp 4
Matcha Culinary grade -1.5g
Sour cream -Teaspoon 2
Wine vinegar -Teaspoon 1
Salt
Pepper
<DIRECTIONS>
1. Mix well all in a bowl with a whisk. Adjust taste with salt and pepper as you like.
2. Keep in a bottle and shake at serving time.
This souce is good for chiken and salmon.
