Matcha Cookies- crispy snowball –
November.01,2021<INGREDIENTS(20 pcs)>
A. Cake Flour – 50g
B. Almond Flour -20g
C. Matcha (curinaly grade C) – 5g
D. Butter, at room temperature -40g
E. Sugar – 30g
F. Powdered Sugar — as you like–
<DIRECTIONS>
- Mix and sift A/B/C in a medium bowl.
- Mix D & E in a large bowl until smooth and white.
- Add #1 to #2, fold with a spatula.
- Roll the dough into one and cover it with cling wrap. put it in the fridge for 30 min.
- Shape dough into around 2.5cm and place on baking sheets.
- Bake in a 170°c oven 14 min, then let cookies stand on sheets until cool enough to handle.
- Roll warm cookies in F to coat all over.
