Stir-fried potatoes with Matcha (vegan)

<Ingredients>
- 1-2 pieces, about 200g – potatoes
- 7-8 pieces, about 75g – brown mushrooms
- 2 pieces – green asparagus
- 100g – Chickpea — boiled–
- 1 tablespoon – olive oil
- 2 tablespoons – White wine
- teaspoon 1 – Salt
- teaspoon 1 – Soy sauce
- teaspoon 1 – Matcha
<How to cook?>
- Peel the potatoes and chop them into small pieces about 1 cm wide.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Cut the asparagus to the desired length.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add poteto and fry in mid-heat. Add mushrooms, Chickpea 100g, asparagus.
- Add white wine, cover, and heat for 4-5 minutes in low heat. (till potatoes cooked.)
- Add salt, soy sauce and matcha and mix. Done!
